Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Chuttamalle AI lets you upload one or two authorized photos, select a 3–10 second moment from a template or your own uploaded video and request a video edit. The result is generated by an external AI service, so appearance, timing, audio, and processing time can vary.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Upload a person's image or a source video without the rights or consent needed for your intended use.

Payment and Billing

One Chuttamalle AI credit pays for one selected second of video, with 3–10 seconds per edit. One-time packs are $5 for 10 credits, $12 for 30 credits, $35 for 100 credits, and $150 for 500 credits; these credits do not expire. Monthly plans are $29 for 100 credits or $99 for 400 credits per billing period and renew automatically until canceled. Annual memberships cost $243.60/year for 100 credits issued each month or $831.60/year for 400 credits issued each month, 30% less than paying monthly for 12 months. Annual memberships charge and renew yearly. Annual credits are issued monthly from the subscription start date, expire at the next monthly issuance date, and do not roll over. Canceling future renewal preserves the scheduled monthly grants through the paid annual period. Monthly subscriptions expire credits at the end of each monthly billing period without rollover. Cancel your subscription in account billing to stop future renewals. Expiring credits are consumed first. Failed generation tasks return their consumed credits to the original grants, subject to the original expiration dates. Monetary refunds are handled according to applicable law and the checkout provider's terms.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.

AI Video Credits and Moderation API Balance

The packages and subscriptions described above apply to dance-edit seconds. Model-based AI video generation uses a separate wallet at $1 = 100 AI video credits. Moderation uses an independent USD wallet measured in integer units (10,000 units = $1). Wallet top-ups are one-time purchases of $10, $25, $50 or $100 and do not expire. Balances cannot be interchanged automatically.

For AI videos, settings, duration and API cost determine the quoted credits. Quotes expire after five minutes; confirming reserves the quoted amount. We do not add an extra charge to a confirmed quote. A clearly failed generation releases its reserved credits. Provider processing time and output quality can vary; completed video links may expire after 24 hours.

Image moderation costs $0.01. Video moderation with no returned frames costs $0.02 plus $0.001 for each sampled frame above eight; flagged/all frame reports cost $0.04 plus $0.004 per additional frame. Reviews support eight to 32 frames. Completed clean and flagged reports are both charged, including a completed video report with content_policy_blocked. An explicit execution failure releases the reservation. Unknown or interrupted submissions remain reserved during reconciliation. Do not create new request IDs to retry unresolved tasks; reuse the original Idempotency-Key.

Moderation is a classification service and may produce false positives or false negatives. Video reports sample frames rather than inspect every frame. Do not treat a clean report as a guarantee of safety, legality, consent or intellectual-property rights. Pornography, sexual deepfakes, non-consensual sexual imagery and sexual content involving minors are prohibited in our video generation tools.
